Why can't I see my LP tokens in the "My Liquidity" panel?

If you have staked your LP tokens in a yield farm, they must be unstaked before they appear in the "My Liquidity" panel. You can access this panel by going to the Swap -> Pool tab. After selecting a pool from the list, it will appear just above the "Pool Info" panel.
